Chapel Veils
While not a requirement, the chapel veil is a beautiful tradition that is Biblical, reverent and reminds us that we are stepping out of the ordinary mode of life and entering into sacred time. As women, we are the symbols of the Church, the Bride of Christ. And how do we identify the Bride? By her veil. To learn more about veiling or to receive a free chapel veil, contact Teresa Crichton.

Saint Formation
Holiness is a Team Sport! St. Thomas Aquinas said to be a Saint you must “will it”. Saints are not perfect people, just determined in their climb up the rocky, steep, thorny, holy mountain. Moving beyond the surface, we use the Bible, the Catechism and Spiritual Reflection to reveal God’s personal relationship for each of us through the writings of the Church Doctors and Fathers. We study short readings (together) and reflect on “primer questions”; no need to be a theologian, just come and grow with us in holiness, allowing the Saints to guide us! We meet twice a month (2nd and 4th Saturdays) at the St. John Henry Newman Chapel , 4785 Stanton Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80918 (next to the UCCS Campus), in the library, from 10:30am-noon. For more information, contact Wade Feller.

We will pray to give our grandchildren back a life of purity and innocence and to stop the outside influences that insist on corrupting them. Please join us on Fridays at 3pm in the privacy of your home, church, or anywhere you happen to be. We will storm Heaven with our heartfelt petitions and pleas to protect and guide our grandchildren. We invite you to join us on the last Friday of each month at 3pm in Peter the Rock Chapel for a Holy Hour devoted to our grandchildren. May God bless us in our endeavor! May God bless our grandchildren! For more information, please call Cathie Bowen.
Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministry is intended for adults experiencing difficulties in all areas of life—from loss of a loved one to loneliness. God did not mean for any of his children to face difficulties alone. Stephen Ministers are lay Christians who receive 50+ hours of training to equip them -- as “Christ Caring for People through People” -- to provide confidential one-on-one emotional and spiritual care to those experiencing difficulty. The caring relationships we arrange can be short or long term. We pair men with men and women with women, in a one-to-one confidential arrangement. For more information about this ministry at St. Peter Church, contact Lupita Tenpenny. To learn more about becoming a Stephen Minister, watch the 2016 Stephen Ministry Promo video.

St. Anne Society
Calling all Grandmothers - you're invited to join the St. Anne Society! In unison with other grandmothers, this society is being formed solely to pray for our grandchildren as they are being pulled into the evil of this world.
