PictureSt. Thomas Aquinas
  • Are you ready to go beyond the surface conversation?
  • Do you want something more than a social group?
  • Serious about deepening your relationship with Jesus but are busy and just can’t commit to a formal study program?
  • Do you want to start the climb up God’s Holy Mountain with serious people and with the Saints as our guides?

We have “Formed” a group for you!  St. Thomas Aquinas said to be a Saint you must “will it”.  Saints are not perfect people, just determined in their climb up the rocky, steep, thorny mountain.  Moving beyond the surface, we use the Bible, the Catechism and our personal testimony to reveal God’s personal relationship for each of us through the writings of the Saints.  “Will it” and grow your holiness, moving closer to God with us!

What is Saint Formation?
Our Mission:  Assisting focused people in forming an intentional spirit to begin climbing the Holy Mountain with the Saints as our Guides.
What We Believe:  We believe the example of the Saints’ lives illuminate how we should live ours and shapes how we should understand our Faith today.
What We Do:  We enrich our minds and souls by deepening our understanding, knowledge and wisdom of the Faith, the Word and Traditions through Saints’ writings, opening ourselves to receiving Christ and His Gifts.
What are Meetings Like?
  • We meet in person for those in the local area and virtually for our distant participants through Zoom meeting announcements (click here for Zoom instructions). Call or email Wade or Grant to be added to the email meeting announcement list.
  • Free and online available readings are sent out in advance with some “primer questions” that are designed to help get the conversation started and allow participants to share their thoughts.
  • Next we dive into our leader-guided seminar format, exploring each precious paragraph looking for deeper nuggets of spiritual and practical food that point us to Holy Scripture or the Catechism (our Traditions)— asking God to raise our souls up His Holy Mountain.
  • Everyone is given the opportunity to share their reflections or to just listen to others. This is the central focus of each meeting.
  • Through non-attribution sharing of these personal and private reflections, each of us is strengthened as we learn from each other, slowly walking the Holy Mountain with His Saints.
  • We have a light breakfast and coffee to share (free as well) and encourage members attend Mass from 0800-0830 (before our meeting).
