Practical Catholicism

Dive deep into your faith with Practical Catholicism
The saints open a window for our minds and hearts to hear God. The Practical Catholicism Ministry invites and challenges you to deepen your faith and enrich your life by diving into the writings of saints and harmonizing their lessons with Holy Scripture and the Catechism. Join us in the St. Peter Catholic School lecture hall from 8:30-10:30am on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. We’ll gather to jointly explore how we can apply these lessons and live more like saints. Coffee and refreshments will be provided to energize our studies! For more information, contact Wade Feller (719-332-0414).

- Strongly recommend printing and bringing the selection I provide via e-mail with you. Of course, using your laptop or favorite electronic device is fine, but the line numbers I provide assist in helping everyone follow along.
- Everyone is encouraged to bring a Catholic Bible (e.g. NABRE, RSV, Douay-Rheims, etc.)
- Everyone is encouraged to bring your Catechism of the Catholic Church as well.
- Find some time of Holy Silence for your reading and write down questions and reflections.
- Spread the word of the Practical Catholicism – bring your friends and family or strangers!
- Come with an open heart and mind to renew and deepen your faith through the eyes of the Doctors and Fathers of the Church as we learn and apply these teachings to our lives.
