This is a list of the major activities we will have until the end of the calendar year. It is NOT the same as in the past so please read carefully.  Expect there may be other events which may be hosted by the Assembly (FN Mike Pietsch) e.g. Veterans Day, etc.  Also, religious (or other) event support as requested by our Pastor!

June 30 (Thursday) - Pick up chairs/tables at Grace Best after 8am Mass— Randy Fritz in charge
 
July 4 (Monday) 5am - Setup for pancake breakfast. Feldkamp in overall charge — Jim Rech in charge for food preparation. Serve from 7-10am.  Some Kiwanis may show at 6:30am. See Sign Up Genius made by Dick Peters. Please -ALL HANDS ON DECK!  This is our #1 fundraiser of the year and we expect to feed at least 1,500 people in 3 hours .
 
July 6 (Wednesday) - Return chairs/table to Grace Best - after 8am Mass. Randy manages again.
 
NO Council Business or Social meeting in July — recover from the 4th work!
 
July 21 (Thursday) Council Officers Meeting 6:15pm at PMC.  Assembly Meeting at 7pm at PMC.
 
August 3 (Wednesday) - Council Business Meeting, 6:30pm for Rosary, 7pm meeting - Greet new associate pastor?
 
August 7 (Sunday) - Corporate Mass after 8am Mass.  As normal
 
August 14 (Sunday) - Parish Picnic Fox Run Park support. Set up at 8am, Mass at 10am. Parish needs our help with cooking, setup and more. (Dick: we will need Sign Up Genius). Father Gregory’s birthday on the 12th!
 
August 18 (Thursday) - NO Officers meeting or Assembly Meeting due to Picnic etc. Social meeting is Knights picnic (below)
 
August 21 (Sunday) - Social meeting —Annual Knights picnic at Feldkamp residence after 10:30am Mass. Please attend by 12noon. Will be pot luck with meats (maybe meats left from parish picnic?) cooked by Art Bell and Alan Feldkamp. This is a free FAMILY event. Games and more for Knights & families!! Prizes for corn hole champions. Bring yourself and family, no work, just fun and comraderie. Signup Genius coming.
 
September 4 (Sunday) - Corporate Mass at 10:30am. NOTE! 10:30 Mass — not 8am so more parishioners can see us working as Knights!  Need some of us in regalia (Faithful Navigator Mike Pietsch will coordinate)
 
September 4 (Sunday) 430pm - Father Gregory will host a Knights social gathering at the rectory. Drinks and light snacks provided.  Knights only.
 
September 7 (Wednesday) - All Council Business Meeting.  6:30pm for Rosary, 7pm meeting.
 
September 15 (Thursday) - Council Officers Meeting 6:15pm at PMC.  Assembly Meeting at 7pm at PMC
 
September 17 (Saturday) - NOTE. Corporate Mass after the Saturday 5pm Mass. Social meeting also after 5pm Mass. Maybe a Boars and Brews type BBQ in north parking lot (near PMC) and recruiting event for our Knights? Another idea is a fundraiser event for Ukraine.
More discussion on these and other ideas at business meetings. Cost TBD
 
October 2 (Sunday) - Corporate Mass offer 8am Mass - As normal
 
October 5 (Wednesday) - Council Business Meeting. 6:30pm for Rosary, 7pm meeting.
 
October 10 (Monday) - Columbus Day Social meeting event:  St Peter School Bus departs North Parking at 8am (Jeanie Behr driving).  Travel to San Luis, CO, (2 hrs 15 mins) for amazing life-sized Stations of the Cross. Father Brownstein (with us) will celebrate Mass in Chapel on the Hill. Lunch at San Luis Mexican restaurant. Short stop at Veterans Home in Walsenberg for meet and greet with vets on way home (Mike Pietsch coord).  Back to north parking by 4pm. This is a FAMILY event!  Cost TBD.
 
October 20 (Thursday) - Council Officers Meeting 6:15pm at PMC. Assembly Meeting at 7pm at PMC
 
Nov 5 (Saturday) - Veterans Dinner and Gala. SPCS Gym. More info from FN Mike Pietsch
 
November 9 (Wednesday) - Council Business Meeting. 6:30pm for Rosary, 7pm meeting.
 
November 17 (Thursday) - Council Officers Meeting 6:15pm at PMC.  Assembly Meeting at 7pm at PMC
 
December 4 (Sunday) - Corporate Mass will be after 5pm Mass — NOTE: again a show of our work at a different Mass.
 
Early December at a date of Father’s request:  Set up the Christmas Creche
 
December 10 (Saturday) - Christmas Celebration! 5:40pm Rosary in PMC Chapel (limit of 45).  6pm Christmas Party in PMC. Food by Bella Panini back by popular demand. Dessert and wine served with dinner. Expect Santa and Mrs. Claus for dinner. Singing and music for sing alongs provided (Father Gregory to lead us).  This is a FAMILY event and will be heavily subsidized by the Council as a reward for a years hard work. Price TBD.  Mark Yoder and Alan Feldkamp with wives to have lead for the event.
 
NO Assembly or Council Business Meetings in December. Christmas party is the months social event
