Saturday October 21, 6am-6pm: Fall 40 Days for Life ~ This special date is for our parish family commitment in this international effort where we prayerfully witness locally to the ongoing evil of abortion at our area's Planned
Parenthood -3480 Centennial Blvd. Plan to come and pray for Life for at least one hour. Six prayer warriors are needed from our parish family for every hour.
Did you know since 40 Days for Life began around the country, 13,305 babies have been rescued from abortion, 154 abortion workers have left the abortion industry and 86 abortions centers have closed? We have had miracles happen in our own community! You can help save a life. Come for our St. Peter 12 hour Prayer Vigil. SMHS Students for Life will be joining us at 9am to lead a special Rosary and Mercy Chaplet. We need 6 parishioners for each hour who are willing to come for an hour or two and represent our parish family in the Fall campaign. Prayer is our greatest weapon in the fight to make the Pikes Peak Community an abortion free city. It is proven that a prayerful presence on the sidewalk outside an abortion clinic can deter some moms who are seeking an abortion long enough to reconsider their decision. Can you offer up an hour and pray with us on the sidewalk? Sign-ups for October 21st are taking place now. Please contact email@example.com or call 719-481-4355 to make your commitment TODAY. Life depends on it!!
