Parish Library

“…And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest on him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and piety and fear of the Lord.”
- Isaiah 11:1

Library Mission

To serve the parish and promote adult religious education by providing traditional and contemporary Catholic literature and study materials in various media.

Library Operations

The Saint Peter Parish Library is located in the northwest corner of the main church building. It is available to parish members on an honor system basis throughout the week. Currently, the Library has almost 3,000 items of various media types (books, audio tapes, video tapes, and CD/DVDs) for check-out or reference. Please note the books marked Reference cannot be checked out but must remain in the library so they are always available.

If you are checking a library item out via the honor system, take the media card from the item’s sleeve and fill out/print with your name and telephone number. Leave the card in the receptacle in the library. The check out period is normally two weeks but may be extended.
