The Columbian Squires is the youth organization of the Knights of Columbus, founded in 1925 by Christian Brother Barnabas McDonald (1865-1929) to “give a young man the greatest possible help in making himself the sort of Christian citizen he wishes to become and we so urgently need.” The goal of Squires is to groom young men into mature and active members of the faith through participation in social, service, spiritual and family activities.
